Role: Story Producer
Dates: 13th April – end of May
Location: London office and an abroad shoot (Europe)
We’re looking for an experienced Story Producer to join a returning reality series shoot. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and loves being at the heart of the action.
You’ll be confident working closely with cast and contributors, building strong relationships while maintaining clear editorial judgement. Story is at the core of this role, you’ll have a sharp instinct for shaping narrative in real time, spotting key moments as they unfold, and feeding strong story beats through to the wider production team.
This role suits someone who enjoys juggling multiple storylines, understands the demands of tight schedules, and can stay calm, organised, and focused in a fast-turnaround environment.
