Production Secretary

Description

We are looking for Production Secretaries to join the team for an exciting returning observational documentary series for an international streamer.

We are looking for highly organised Production Secretaries, with strong attention to detail, ready to hit the ground running and support the production team.

Experience in international filming set up is essential.

Key Requirements:
Must be experienced in booking international travel and accommodation
Producing travel itineraries for production team and contributors
Tracking all travel costs in an excel expenditure document
Familiarity with PMI is a bonus

Location & Dates
From now until end of June 2026. Would ideally be available with the next few weeks.
Based at our London Office in Soho Square
