Gallery Producer - RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026

BBC Studios is looking for a experienced Gallery Producer to join the 2026 RHS Chelsea Flower Show team. Working at the world’s most famous flower show, you will deliver coverage to BBC1 and BBC2 prime and to BBC daytime. This exciting role requires strong scriptwriting skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines in pressurised situations and manage multiple high-level onscreen talent along with the creation of programme content and running orders.
The ideal candidate will be able to initiate and deliver ambitious, original ideas and will bring with them considerable experience of Live Gallery Producing as well as working at live events.
Whilst a clear understanding of RHS Chelsea Flower Show’s audience is necessary, horticultural knowledge is not essential.
The gallery producer will be based at Chelsea for the duration of the event. However, the role will also involve hybrid working – both-office based in Bristol and remote.

Dates: Late February until the end of May 2026.
