Production Coordinator

Description

Studio Ramsay Global are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator, to join an exciting returning observational documentary series for an international streamer.

We are looking for highly organised Coordinators with excellent communication skills, who can help deliver a fast-paced series on a global scale.

Experience in international filming set up is essential.

Key Requirements
Proven Experience as a Production Coordinator (3+ PC credits)
Assisting in coordinating international shoot logistics from the office, for small mobile units
Hiring kit both in the UK and abroad
Booking international travel and accommodation
Experience in Excel and PMI to track costs
Creating and disseminating travel itineraries
Experience in producing call sheets, with an excellent eye for detail
Supporting the production management team

Location & Dates
Based at our London Office in Soho Square
Now – May/June 2026
You will be required to be in the office 4 days a week.
