Production Coordinator

Description

Studio Ramsay Global are looking for 2 experienced Production Coordinators, for an exciting returning observational documentary series for an international streamer.

We are looking for highly organised Coordinators with excellent communication skills, who can help deliver a fast-paced series on a global scale.

Experience in international filming set up is essential.

Key Requirements
Proven Experience as a Production Coordinator (3+ PC credits)
Assisting in coordinating international shoot logistics for small mobile units?
Hiring kit both in the UK and abroad
Booking international travel and accommodation
Experience in Excel and PMI to track costs
Experience in producing multiple call sheets weekly, with an excellent eye for detail.
Supporting the production management team

Based at our London Office in Soho Square
January – May 2026
