Development Researcher
Description
Spun Gold is looking for a Development Researcher / Junior AP to join our Midlands-based team, working across unscripted TV, digital-first ideas, and branded content.
We’re looking for someone who lives online always spotting the latest trends, stories, TikTok and Instagram moments, creators, and celebrity buzz and who loves turning great finds into exciting ideas. You’ll be curious, creative, and confident with words, with a real passion for development.
We’d love to hear from TV Researchers, Junior APs, and digital content creators, with a track record of ideas in unscripted, digital video, or branded content.

What you’ll be doing:
Writing clear, engaging briefs and development docs
Researching and speaking to a wide range of contributors, experts, and creators
Helping generate ideas for TV, social, and branded projects
Have an understanding of how ideas work for brands and platforms
