Description

Rare TV is keen to hear from Production Managers, Junior PMs and Production Coordinators to start as soon as possible in early January. We are looking to hear from those with international filming experience who have worked across complex shoots, internationally and in the UK. Experience with mental and physical safeguarding protocols would be highly beneficial and experience with cost management will be essential.

All applicants must hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months remaining) and a full, clean driver’s license and be comfortable driving abroad. Most roles will require a medium length stint on location abroad, so please only apply if you are willing to do this. Rate will be based on experience.

Key requirements of PMs:
- Ownership of the budget.
- Cost reporting.
- Cost tracking.
- Hiring and contracting a large team.
- Intricate, bespoke Risk Assessments.
- Knowledge of insurance requirements.
- Experience of PMI (Desired)
- Working with high profile talent (Desired)
- iVisa (Desired)

Key Requirements of JPMs:
- Experience of being on location for extended periods of time.
- Ownership of logistics on location.
- Overseeing day to day financial operations.
- Management of PC while reporting to PM.
- Knowledge of risk assessing and applying it to shoots.
- Filming permit applications.
- Negotiating with suppliers.

Key Requirements of PCs:
- Assist in coordinating shoot logistics
- Hiring kit.
- Tracking costs.
- Preparing call sheets.
- Support the production team at all stages.
- Managing paperwork.
