As the Junior Commercial Video Director, you’ll be at the heart of our in-house video team - bringing bold ideas to life through compelling video. You’ll transform commercial briefs into standout visual stories, creating innovative, engaging, and high-quality content for our brands and clients.

Reporting to the Commercial Video Lead and working hand-in-hand with the video team and the wider Hearst studio, you’ll help shape concepts, plan and lead shoots, and oversee polished edits that meet our highest editorial standards.
