Role: Production Manager - Access / Reality Series
Dates: Approx. 19 January - 10 September 2026
Location: Essex, some office/remote
PMI experience essential
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee a new access/reality series variety which will involve filming various events throughout the year.
This is a small, self-shooting team, so the ideal PM will be hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable working closely with crew and contributors in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading production logistics for a small self-shooting unit
- Overseeing schedules, call sheets, travel and accommodation
- Managing on-location operations in Essex
- Contributor coordination and maintaining smooth access
- Budget tracking and cost reporting
- Compliance, health and safety and risk assessments
- Supporting editorial needs throughout a long run of filming
Requirements:
- Proven PM experience in factual/access/reality
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- PMI experience essential
