Production Coordinator

Description

IWC Media is looking for experienced Production Coordinators to join our team in the New Year. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of our productions.

Location: Glasgow, St George’s Studios
Start Date: February/March 2026

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage call sheets, schedules, and production paperwork
Liaise with crew, talent, and suppliers
Track budgets and cost reporting
Support the production team across all stages

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Production Coordinator in TV production
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
