Series Producer/Director

Shine TV is looking for various Senior Editorial roles to expand it’s talent pool for a returning BBC prime-time cookery competition. If you are an experienced Series Director, Series Producer, Series Editor or Show Runner then this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile show, you’ll work closely with top creative talent to deliver an outstanding show. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in fast paced, multi camera shoots. Experience in competition and/or food formats is a bonus.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Confident in managing large teams and complex shoots.
• Creative eye for detail and consistency in visual storytelling.

Filming will take place in Digbeth, Birmingham, candidates should ideally live within 1 hour of this location. Please apply along with your availability throughout 2026.
