Description
Cactus are looking for a brilliant PA to assist the CEO based in our busy TV Studios in Clapham SW4.
The CEO has an active creative role in all productions, so the successful candidate will need to be interested in participating in TV production as well as supporting with general management of the company and personal tasks.
The role involves:
Managing a busy work diary along with some personal engagements.
Administrative duties
Prioritising commitments from emails and communicating these in a timely way
Setting up meetings
Booking travel/accommodation
Working closely with the Cactus in-house production teams to ensure meetings/edits etc are all in the diary and keep abreast of any changes.
Managing communication with celebrities and guests and organising gifts. Overseeing the smooth, running of hospitality.
Skills required:
A person confident and competent in diary management
Great communication skills
Team player who's collaborative
A Person who can multitask in a hectic environment whilst remaining calm
A can-do attitude.
Willingness to try and look one step ahead.
An interest in popular culture, entertainment, and TV production
It is vital that the candidate has previous PA experience, ideally in creative industry/TV production.
Cactus TV produce Saturday Kitchen live every week, and the CEO works on this, but her assistant is a Monday to Friday role. This position needs to be office based at our studios. Cactus has Edit/Studio/Production teams all in-house and the role involves liaison with all teams and supervision of runners.
This is not an entry level Role.
This is a permanent position, and we are looking for someone who would like the role for at least 1-2 years ideally.
Although this job has some tasks across all productions, it would not suit someone looking to step into production.
The ideal candidate should be able to start from Monday 5th January 2026.
