PD (Self Shooting)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Producer/Director to join our team, for an exciting brand new Channel 4 prime time series based in Cardiff. This is an opportunity for a talented P/D with a strong background in journalism, duty of care and excellent shooting abilities.

You will have exceptional storytelling abilities in True Crime and have at least 3 prime time network credits as a PD, one in True Crime. We will be asking for a showreel so please have something ready. You will be working to the SP and SD to craft in depth crime stories using a mixture of recon, MIVs and UCG to help create a present tense narrative. Please note the content we will be dealing with will be upsetting, and while we will support you throughout, please do consider if this job is right for your own mental well being.

The role is based in our Cardiff office but filming is likely to be across the UK. On the days you are not filming we would expect you to be in our Welsh office. We therefore encourage people who live here to apply as we want to further grow talent in the country.
