    Key Responsibilities
    Set up new edits, liaising with Creative Media to ensure they have been set up with the required equipment / logins & licenses.
    First point of contact for new starters on first day.
    Ensure all new starters are added to the appropriate Slack channels.
    Working with the PM, ensure all new starters are added to appropriate distro emails.
    Prepare weekly desk allocation for 1st floor office space.
    Where appropriate, attend regular meetings with Network Post/Music/Delivery contacts, along with the Series Producer/Line Producer/PPS. Working to the Line Producer/PPS/PM guidelines & schedule, identify need/hiring ad-hoc loggers, assistants, translators & facilities as required.
    Liaison with third party or in-house providers on technical requirements.
    Working to the Line Producer/PPS instructions, carry out daily check-in with Editors & Edit Producers during offline.
    Troubleshooting any issues, and escalating to the Lead AE, LP/PPS/Post House as necessary.
    Working with the SP/LP/PPS/Lead AE to organise & oversee the Edit Assistant & loggers tasks & workflow priorities.
    Setting up and administering Trello to track task priorities.
    Organise viewings both in offline & finishing post, including live streams.
    Ensure all parties are invited and technical requirements are organised.
    Set up viewing platforms for Creative Cuts, arrange & share playouts with Executives & Network where applicable.
    Working with AEs on who will share which cuts. Arranging translation services as required, keeping the edits informed of any issues.
    Organise playouts for translators, ensure translations reach the edits.
    Working with Lead AE & PM, liaise with Shoot team to ensure drive management & logistics are in order, ensuring rushes are backed up & media management protocol is adhered to.
    Working with LP/PPS/PM/SP, liaise with the Edit team on graphics house requirements, tracking asset creation & delivery.
    Liaise with music agencies and coordinate requests such as EDLs, exports, links etc.
    Working to the LP/PPS instructions, organise finishing post reviews. Initial credit list creation, for SP/LP/PPS initial approval ahead of distribution to wider team for comment.
    Compile comments and ensure version control is in place.
    Liaise with PM to ensure spelling and contractual credits are met.
    Prepare and maintain Online & Conform List. Working with LP/PPS/PM, attend all necessary Final Post sessions and do live updates of all Online, Conform & QC notes are addressed, recorded & updated.
    Arrange Post Production Scripts with external supplier. Supervision of Loggers to create paperwork deliverable - post production scripts, forced narrative (if required) etc.


    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
    This role requires prior experience of Post Production Coordinator experience on large multi-episodic series.
    Previous experience specifically on large sports documentaries and/or HETV scripted series highly regarded.
