    VIDEO PRODUCER - FRENCH SPEAKING (1yr Maternity Cover)

    Fiducial Communications is the creative content partner for the financial services industry. We collaborate with the world’s leading private banks, asset management and investment companies to bring financial stories to life. Our clients are c-suite marketing and financial professionals across the world, for whom we work globally from our London studio. With a London HQ, we’re a team of around 15 core team members, plus trusted partners and contractors, led by our Founder / CEO.

    We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Video Producer, who has fluent French (written and spoken), to cover maternity leave. The contract would be for c.12 months with the possibility of extending to a longer contract/permanent position.

    As a Producer you will focus on managing and producing corporate video projects that include live, infographics and animated videos.

    The role is accountable for all delivery related matters post sales, including end to end accountability for any deliverable, team management, and workflow prioritisation accordingly. This position is for someone interested in having a real impact on the business growth and direction.

    The ideal candidate will have exceptional client relationship skills, experience in stakeholder management, script writing skills, project management, working with brand guidelines, and interviewing on-screen senior clients. Adobe premiere editing skills are a plus. Given the nature of our client base some travel is required.

    The key responsibilities of the role include:

    Production.

    Coordinating and managing all aspects of production:
    - managing timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
    - Collaborating with other producers to ensure that available resource is effectively planned;
    - scripting; copy-editing clients’ scripts to ensure best quality grammar;
    - overseeing edit and graphics to ensure the project is on track; and
    - quality control of all output to ensure deliverables meet the brief, feeding back and providing guidance to the team where required.
    - ensuring all processes comply with our end client agreements and data protection regulations.

    Whilst producing on a shoot, accountability will lie with the key account manager/senior producer to:
    - direct crews and speakers to ensure that the desired outputs are captured and that video quality and speaker delivery are the best possible;
    - provide guidance/clarity on expectations where required; and
    - ensure that the shoot runs to budget and time restraints.
    - Regular meetings and check-ins with the creative team so that:
    - support can be provided with brainstorming ideas and visual solutions that meet the clients’ strategic goals and the optimum quality standards; and
    - encourage collaboration and open communication ensuring everyone is on the same page, allowing any queries to be dealt with before potential issues arise.

    Project Management:

    - Accountable for maintaining an overall view of the work pipeline by working with team members and maintaining production records and systems;
    - Working with the Creative Team Lead to understand the work and resource pipeline
    - Help resolve any conflicting demands within the teams, and escalate if necessary

    Adobe Premiere skills would be a bonus.
