This day-long interactive course covers the principles of creating a powerhouse job-sharing partnership whilst also teaching the fundamentals of how to offer consistent good leadership and communication within the job-share.
Job-sharers will learn about giving and receiving feedback, best practice in offering clear and consistent communication with each other, teams and colleagues, as well as how to get the best out of the partnership and the people they work with.
The course provides participants with the tools required to create a powerful contract between the job-sharers and the confidence to make an impact as a partnership.
