Changing from Production to Development/Creatvie

I have been a PC/PM for several years now with a lot of experience with big shoots and logistics. But I'm not looking to pursue this path further, I wanting creative roles aiming towards development, not really sure how to make the transition and what existing skills would be relevant. I have had researcher roles in the past and tasks as a PC, just looking for some advice on how to pursue this career change.
