Should it be mentioned or not? If not / as well should it be mentioned in the cover note or in the message box when applying for a role through Talent Manager? Or not mentioned at all unless you hear back and get through to the interview? Keen to hear where Talent Managers in particular stand on this and whether any freelancers do mention it. Thank you.
