As a seasoned PD I'm interested to know what people think about working with people a lot older than them? Even if you're a 20 something AP - does working with experienced people (who have shot using beta/digibeta and (yikes) DV) make you roll your eyes as they bore you with 'back in the day' stories? What's your good/bad experiences working with older people - and older people: how's it for you working with the yoof?
Under 30? What do you think of the old-school?
