I've got an ongoing dilemma - I have around 250-300 video projects to my name, due to making two a month as an all-round creative producer for a nationwide production company. Because of the broad job description, execs haven't hired me for PD roles and such because of the lack of broadcast credits specific to the role I apply for.
What's my best move to break through that barrier? As I have plenty of experience but not where it counts it seems
I have 8 years of media production experience, but no broadcast credits...
