I have been working in Music promos, branded content and shorts for the past 5 years. The goal however is TV programs and film. The issue I continually keep finding is that all the roles advertised say you need previous experience which most times is very specific so I hear nothing back. I have many years experience producing - how do I transition over into TV/FILM?
