How to make the leap from Logger to Production Secretary?

I have been working as a Logger for a number of years now. I would love to make the leap to Production Secretary but i'm not sure how to go about it as most advertised roles want an experienced sec. I have transferrable skills having worked in multiple administrative roles in the past. I currently WFH as a Logger so it's hard to get any advice from colleagues. What is the best way to move up to the role of Production Secretary?
