I'm a short form producer/director. I'm interested in moving to long form work, but all the posts require previous long form credits and knowledge of programme format.
What would your advice be? Should I go for a role under P/D in order get experience? if so, which?
I'm a story teller and find short form rather limiting. I'm tired of throwing most of a decent interview/narrative/shoot out because I only have 1-3mins to explore the issue.
