Hi, has anyone filmed in Berlin recently? How do you go about the general film permit and especially the insurance-provider certification for submission to traffic authority? We are having problems finding a UK insurance company that will sign that particular form "Insurance-provider certification of liability insurance for an event, for submission to traffic-control authority" They struggle with the 2 bullet points in that form. Any advice?
