Catering outreach?

Hello!!
We have just launched our labour of love, Couple of Natas, and we are so grateful to already be booking meetings, coffees, dinners, and taster sessions all around London!
One thought thought - So many people have complimented our outreach methods, saying others should think to do it like us, but we have no clue how we differ from the outreach norm. How do you usually find your caterers? How do they find you? Would love to learn more :)
