What has been your favourite programme of the year
My favourite programme has been Boardwalk Empire. But I also loved the Susan Boyle documentary and The Apprentice.
What will you definitely be sitting down to watch at Christmas?
I will definitely be sitting down to watch Bear Grylls Wild Weekends with Miranda Hart and Jonathan Ross (on Channel 4 on Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
If you could give some festive advice to people wanting to get on in TV what would it be?
I've been putting together a team to work on The Hotel at Christmas - filming over the festive season.
A willingness to give up Christmas with the family and a can do attitude can get you that all important career break!
