Talent manager Shelley Gill, shooting producer Sharul Khan and reality show producer Cherry Sandhu are among the TV Collective’s Breakthrough Leaders of 2024.

Now in its fourth year, the programme identifies 50 creatives from Black, Asian and global majority backgrounds who are positioned to become future TV industry leaders.

The cohort will received masterclasses and networking key industry figures and personalised career guidance covering resilience, mind management and transformative strategies.

Other leaders on the programme include director Abdullai Adejumo, whose credits include Avalon’s Channel 4 series Extraordinary Extensions, series producer Mahi Iftikhar, who has worked on The Garden’s Alone and Emergency, and Kadir Abdul, producer/director on Full Fat TV’s BBC3 series Fresh Cops.
