We were very proud to recently work with Element Pictures, a renowned and multi-award-winning production company. With a portfolio that includes hits like "Normal People," "The Gallows Pole," "The Favourite," and the Oscar-nominated "Poor Things," they continue to be a driving force in creating compelling and critically acclaimed content.
Element approached The Talent Manager with briefs for two Associate Producer roles. The first project was for the feature directorial debut from a BAFTA nominated British writer-director, set to be shot in the UK, and produced by Element, BBC Film and BFI. The 2nd AP role was for Akinola Davies Jr’s feature directorial debut set and filmed in Lagos, Nigeria. Akinola is a unique and ambitious Writer/Director, born in London and raised in Nigeria, whose perspective enables him to bring a culturally distinctive voice to his films. His BAFTA nominated short film, LIZARD (2020), won the prestigious Sundance Grand Jury Prize.
The team at Element were keen to find talent with a proven track record of successfully working in a Producer capacity (or similar) on short films and/or commercials looking to step up to the next stage of their career in film.
By leveraging our platform's networking capabilities and personalised support, Element successfully filled both Associate Producer roles. The selected candidates brought the necessary expertise and experience, aligning with Element's vision for the respective projects.
