We are looking for a Production Coordinator to work with the growing team in a boutique media agency making exciting films for a major energy company in Waterloo London. We need someone highly organised with good communication and people skills, an excellent attention to detail and a willingness to help and learn.

We are looking for someone London based with recent experience and 2+ credits in the broadcast television world as a coord or similar role. Please only apply if you have this relevant experience.

Start date asap - June / July 2022 . You would be in the office 2-3 days a week minimum (Waterloo).
We would be looking for a London based coordinator.
Starting salary TBC PAYE, initial 3 or 6 month contract with a view to a longer contract.

You’d be working as a general coordinator setting up shoots and working on branded films . The job description is varied from shoot basics -call sheets , flights , hotels, kit hire, filming permits, visas and carnets, location finding, rushes logging, couriers and hire cars, risk assessments- to the budget side of thing – floats, expenses , coding invoices and petty cash - and post production. Some basic data wrangling and basic knowledge of camera kit (eg FS7) would be ideal . You need experience setting up international filming and to be multitasking, enthusiastic, organised, love a good spreadsheet, enjoy being part of a fast-moving team with lots of different challenges.
