This role would suit an enthusiastic and proactive person who would be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at our Shoreditch office. Our ideal applicant needs to be confident, warm, able to multitask and with an interest in cameras.
Areas of responsibilities will include but will not be limited to,
• Greeting guests on arrival, answering phones, dealing with deliveries and couriers.
• First point of contact for IT issues/ liaising with our remote IT company.
• Managing our Kit room and its Calendar and helping teams book out kit when required.
• Data wrangling.
• Keeping office stocked, tidy and re-ordering supplies where needed.
• Monitoring Covid restrictions and ensuring that procedures are followed by staff and guests.
• Organising the booking of our three meeting rooms through our booking system.
• Helping the Finance team with reconciliations when required.
• Assisting production teams with ad-hoc tasks.
• General office ad-hoc tasks.
• Reporting to Office Manager.
We would be looking to find the right person for the role to start around 22nd September 2021.
