Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 credits at Line Producer level and be able to demonstrate a strong track record supporting logistically complex productions, with recent experience working across international shoots.  A background in motoring-based television is desirable but not essential.
 
The contract is on a full-time basis running from early May to September 2026, with the possibility of future filming and further engagement into 2027.  The role is based from our London office – team days in the office are typically Tuesday to Thursday.
 
The role will lead day-to-day production logistics across international multi-location shoots, requiring good interpersonal skills to liaise with on-screen talent, contributors and production partners as well as management of the car purchase and sale process in each country, country specific legalities, overseeing contracts (supported by our Business Affairs team) and dealing with local car clubs, manufacturers, garages and mechanics etc.  Oversight of cost management is also required in support to the Production Manager.  PMI experience is desirable but not essential and training will be provided if required.
 
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working across multiple strands of production and post-production simultaneously.  Good communication skills and the ability to support and be part of a wider team are essential.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 credits at Production Co-ordinator level and be able to demonstrate a strong track record supporting logistically complex productions, with recent experience working across international shoots.
 
This is a full-time contract running from April to September 2026, based in our London office. Team days in the office are typically Tuesday to Thursday.
 
A background in factual entertainment or motoring / travel-based programming is beneficial but not essential.  The role will focus on supporting the day-to-day running of the production, with key responsibilities including preparing and distributing call sheets, co-ordinating shoot logistics and planning across multiple international locations, overseeing petty cash and expenses, managing carnets and kit requirements, booking and overseeing travel and accommodation for cast and crew and supporting post-production workflow and deliverables.  PMI experience is desirable but not essential.
