YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
- Coordinate day-to-day production activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule, key milestones are achieved, and stakeholders are kept informed of progress and priorities
- Manage the flow of production deliverables, resources, facilities, freelancers, and suppliers to support efficient production operations
- Coordinate contracts, rights, licences, clearances, and production documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and industry requirements
- Support budget management by tracking expenditure, processing supplier costs, monitoring financial information, and assisting with reporting activities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments, external partners, broadcasters, suppliers, freelancers, and production stakeholders
- Monitor production systems, workflows, and operational risks, identifying opportunities for process improvement and escalating issues that may impact delivery

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Demonstrable experience of carrying out a logistical coordinating role within a production team as a PC or a highly experienced PMA or Production Secretary
- Proven ability to use and advise on production systems and adaptability to new technologies
- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective relations with a wide range of contacts

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT: 
•	The role requires a technically proficient person with a meticulous attention to detail. You'll be expected to manage your own time efficiently and to work flexibly to fulfil the role. You'll need a friendly attitude and a willingness to work co-operatively as part of a team.
•	You should have the ability to assess priorities and adapt to fast changing circumstances, schedule activities and resources and be able to work under pressure in a high paced environment to set deadlines. 
•	Interest and passion for editing with evidence of cutting things like web clips, promos, in-house show reels and rough assembles/Edit rushes pulls of sequences for productions.
•	You’ll be required to undertake a range of operational duties and to assist Editors and the Post-Production team as and when required. 
•	You will establish and maintain a good system of media management and adhere to predefined operational and technical standards. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
•	Working with editorial teams to help identify shooting requirements (e.g. codecs, frame rates, shooting ratios).
•	Preparing appropriate DIT kits and providing training to teams where needed.
•	Manage production rushes from acquisition through offline editing, delivery, and archiving.
•	Support editorial teams in using post-production software to achieve a shared creative vision.
•	Maintain a good system of media management and adhere to predefined operational and technical standards.
•	Create accurate technical logs, administrative documents, and tracking records.
•	Create and keep a library of clips from episodes to be used in show reels. 
•	Create and keep a library of sound FX, music, outtakes, and useful archive footage.
•	Contribute to other post-production duties and projects as needed. 
•	Other duties and projects as may reasonably be required by Post production. 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 
•	Proven experience supporting fast-turnaround productions, including media offloads, location workflows, and team training/documentation.
•	Strong post-production expertise using Premiere Pro, including ingesting multiple camera formats (RED, FX6, Drone, GoPro), proxy workflows, syncing rushes, multicam editing, end of edits and conform.
•	Solid understanding of HD and RAW workflows in DaVinci Resolve including metadata management, proxy creation and colour science.
•	Excellent attention to detail with a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in dynamic production environments.
•	Demonstrable passion for film, video production, and emerging technology.
