Strictly Come Dancing is looking for an exceptional digital leader to drive the editorial vision, governance and delivery of content across one of the BBC's biggest entertainment brands.

This is far more than a social media role. Working hand-in-hand with the Strictly Executive Producer and Series Editor, you'll be embedded within the core production team.

As the senior editorial lead for digital, you'll help shape the wider creative vision of the show while leading a substantial digital content operation spanning social platforms, YouTube and VOD destinations.
We're looking for someone who understands how modern entertainment brands capture audience attention - from the conversation generated by The Traitors, the lore of Love Island to the social-first formatting of Chicken Shop Date - but who can also navigate the realities of delivering content within regulated editorial environments.

You'll lead a talented team responsible for developing, producing and publishing high-volume content across multiple platforms, ensuring every piece of content is audience-focused, platform-native and aligned with the wider editorial ambitions of the series. You'll combine creative innovation with operational excellence, overseeing complex content pipelines involving production teams, talent, communications, marketing, legal, platform partners and senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering digital strategy and content operations for major entertainment, media or audience-facing brands, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-platform content ecosystems. If you're a creative innovator, exceptional organiser and experienced editorial leader who thrives on delivering ambitious content at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Countryfile, BBC One’s flagship factual series, is seeking enthusiastic Researchers to become part of a pool from which appointments can be made when vacancies arise. However, please note that appointment to the pool does not guarantee work.

You will research a huge range of fascinating topics – from classics such as wildlife, farming, and the environment, to arts, literature and heritage stories – and will search for novel and unexpected locations in the country’s well-trodden landscape.

Keen to immerse yourself in the countryside and its stories, you will have experience of working in TV production as a researcher and knowledge of the production process and some amount of technical know-how. The ability to shoot is beneficial but not essential.

This is a Talent Pool. Applications will be accepted as CVs at this stage of the process

• You are collaborative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced development environment.

• Experience working with AI-created material is not essential, but desirable.
