Sadly Miles and I have only had the pleasure of working together once. The show did however win a BAFTA. Miles is old school, sees the whole picture goes the extra mile. Rarely do I meet a producer who has such an over view of a production,A real people person, able to get the best from each department. He see's solutions not problems. Cannot recommend him highly enough. I look forward to our next project together. I would say, "If he is available hire him, you wont regret it".
Miles is a joy to work with and has a brilliant rapport with both talent and agents. He knows a broad range of talent, has good taste and knowledge of what comedians, celebrities and comedians are up to. Miles will make sure you have the best possible cast he can put together, dealing with a variety of budgets and demands with a smile on his face.
I have known miles for 7 years, he is always well presented and confident in his abilities in the industry. He has had many successes within both the Television and Music Industry due to his extreme hard work and dedication to any project he is a part of. Working alongside Miles is always a pleasure, he is always willing to share any knowledge he has and support you through any task ahead. Although he is always serious about his work, he has a witty sense of humour and a wonderful charm making for a great person to be alongside. When it comes to calm and collected he certainly is the man for the job. No matter what the situation he always approaches it with confidence and professionalism to ensure everything works out for everyone. No job is too big.
Miles is a great addition to any team. He is versatile team player who rightly take pride in his quality of work. He is particularly strong when working with contributors and has a great rapport with all he comes in contact with.
I first worked with Miles about 15 years ago. He was an enthusiastic, organised and hard-working researcher and celebrity booker and an asset to the team we'd put together. In the years since I've worked with him several times. He's maintained all that enthusiasm while growing his skills and reputation. He's now a multi-facted asset to the productions he works on. His agent and talent contacts endure, making him a useful celebrity booker. He's used the charm that has served him so well in that role and applied it to contributor casting, giving him credits as a Casting Producer. He's spread his editorial wings, taking roles as an edit producer and producing on fact ent titles, both on location and in the office. Add to that a smattering of self-shooting and a couple of directing credits and you have a TV professional who, as a producer, understands and has had success in most aspects of a Factual Entertainment production, from location to the studio. The fact he has repeating company and commissioner credits should tell you everything you need to know.
It was an absolute privilege working with Miles, extremely dedicated and hard working and brilliant at his job. I was truly impressed with his silver-tongued ways (oo-er) when persuading talent to take part in It Was Alright In The 70s and the show would have been much poorer without him!
Over many years of working with Miles, I’ve witnessed with great admiration at the way he puts talent & contributors at ease. Miles schedules shoots to get the best out of his time, he pushes the crew to get the most creative content but all done with great humour, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Miles is an exceptional producer and director. It’s always a pleasure to work with him.

I have worked in television with the amazing Miles Goodwin for over 20 years and he is the best Celebrity Booker around!
He is an excellent all rounder and in the midst of a busy stressful production it's a pleasure to have someone like Miles who has a positive attitude and great sense of humour!
If you need a diverse range of talent to feature in your production then Miles will always go the extra mile to secure them!
