About Me
Bridie is an experienced producer, specialising in emotive, compelling and thoughtful storytelling. A love of photography, fine art and ceramics has helped drive a finely tuned creative approach to documentary filmmaking. Bridie's portfolio includes projects for BBC, Amazon Prime and CNN, along with a commercial film for global sports brand ASICS.Bridie is one of the very best Assistant Producers I have ever worked with in 20 years as a director. She is simply outstanding at the job. For 48 Hours to Victory she helped oversee over 20 days filming in France, Belgium and the UK. This included multicamera studio shoots with leading talent and dealing with three countries’ Covid regulations. Her organisation was superb throughout and she did all of this calmly and with good humour. She is an excellent researcher. For example, she found us a 94-year-old Dunkirk evacuee whose story had never been told.
