Experienced runner with a background working in sensitive environments and with sensitive contributors, hoping to make the step up to Junior Researcher soon. I am excellent at forging and maintaining relationships with contributors. I am confident with kit and have shot an interview for broadcast on the XF305 and shot GVs on the C300.My skills include casting contributors, liaising with contributors at all stages of the production process, story research, setting up shoots, writing story notes, fact-checking for the edit, boom operating, putting mics on contributors, location research, managing completion of release forms and location paperwork, data wrangling and editing on Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro.I have been professionally trained as a journalist, giving me skills in finding stories, gaining access and carrying out journalistic research, as well as a solid understanding of media law and the OFCOM broadcasting code.My last two credits have seen me embedded in busy hospitals.
