Experienced versatile producer/director of factual programmes for major UK and international broadcasters. I make high-quality prime time natural history, science and health shows across a range of budgets - from Food Hospital and Bang Goes the Theory to Julian Clary's Nature Nuts and the CYMRU BAFTA-nominated Secret Life of Farm Animals. I'm also a Broadcast Digital Award winner for the series Positive Energy. My science background has enabled me to translate complicated subject matter into entertaining sequences, from designing a goldfish face recognition experiment to testing a dairy herd?s love of novelty with a Welsh colliery brass band. It?s also enabled me to be comfortable interviewing the world?s top astrophysicists and NASA Scientists for How the Universe Works I have directed many high-profile presenters such as Lord Winston and Liz Bonnin and helped to develop rising stars such as Patrick Aryee. I've also enjoyed writing humorous scripts for household names Martin Clunes and Hugh Bonneville and comedians like Julian Clary and Elis James.
