I’ve worked in film and television for over 25 years . As a director and producer I work closely both with presenters and members of the public, encouraging them to relax and enjoy the process of making telly, which then enables them to give their best performance to camera. I am as happy directing large crews on location, or small PSC units. I have considerable multi camera experience. Since I have moved from Camera to directing I have a lot of experience as an edit producer and have as a SP overseen up to 3 edits running concurrently. I have a great visual sense and write well. My experience as a lighting cameraman has afforded me extensive technical, production and team management skills, gained running a large multi camera crew and operating as a PSC unit. I like to think I inspire people to work hard and give their best but also to really enjoy what they do. Allowing others to shine is particularly important when working in large teams and I really enjoy bringing a team together and making great TV. Read Less
