Having been in the industry for over 20 years, I have a wealth of experience in all genres of programme making. As an established Series Producer & Formats Consultant I apply myself whole-heartedly to the many tasks required by the role. I have productive and reliable relationships with my seniors, commissioners, production management and legal colleagues. I take great pride in employing a talented and committed team whilst being inclusive regardless of their role, and maintaining high morale at all times. I have proven, personable and instinctive skills when encouraging the best out of contributors and talent - a result of never having shied away from sensitive, complicated shows, and something that has honed my passion and skills for casting. With proven success time and time again. I can oversee everything editorial, both pre-shoot story-planning and the efficient running of multiple edits. When I'm not in production I like to share my skills and experience where it counts. One of the key skills here is training people into careers, and through their careers. More formally this includes guest lecturing at the British Film Institute, HE and FE institutions.
