I live in the Forest of Dean and am looking for work in Bristol ideally.I’m a self-motivated, friendly and confident Production Manager/Line Producer with lots of drive and a proven track record. I have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, enabling me to work on several projects at one time and deliver on schedule and on budget. I enjoy being able to inspire, motivate and lead a team through every step of a project, and pride myself on being able to manage upwards and downwards. I thrive on pressure and can adapt quickly and calmly to changes and crises. I enjoy the responsibility and challenges that come with this role.Throughout the roles listed below I have been responsible for managing budgets from £2k up to £3million, and producing cost reports as required. I have worked on complex schedules, multiple program edits, and handled the graphics element for all productions. I have organised shoots (location and studio based) in the UK and in overseas locations in Europe, the Middle East, American, and Afghanistan by booking crew and kit, hotels and travel, sourcing contributors and venues, gaining permissions, negotiating rates, getting contracts drawn up, and assisting with research work.
