Freelance colourist with five years' experience grading TVCs, short and feature length films, corporate and online content. My commercial clients include STV, Fond Films, MTP, Tanami and DAZED Media and film credits include the BAFTA-winning My Loneliness is Killing Me.Working with DaVinci Resolve Studio, BMD panels, Sony broadcast monitor and 70" client monitor.Prior to my grading work, I gained valuable experience as a DIT for drama, features and commercials which involved data-wrangling, transcoding, managing LUTs and workflows for post-production. I lectured at the University of Edinburgh on several occasions, teaching data-management and post-production workflow to BA Film & TV undergraduates.My BA Hons Degree from the University of Edinburgh was specialised in cinematography. I am competent using ARRI, SONY, RED and BMD cinema cameras and their corresponding formats as well as loading/shooting and grading celluloid film.I work alongside cinematographers, building LUTs to use in camera, managing them on set and using them as a template in the offline.
