Production Manager

Description

Twofour are looking for experienced Production Managers across Casting, Reality, Logistics/Unit, and Transport for an exciting, returning reality competition series for a major USA broadcaster.
We’re looking for highly organised PMs ​with excellent communication skills, who can help deliver a fast-moving, ambitious series. Experience on large-scale reality competition shows, especially those involving international filming, cross-country travel, and working with large crews, is preferred but not essential.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Manager (3+ PM credits)
Strong budget tracking and cost reporting skills (Excel)
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Casting Production Management
Reality/Editorial Production Management
Logistics & Unit Management
Transport Management
Ability to work within a large, fast-paced production team
Flexibility and resilience for a show filmed on the move
Experience with international shoots is beneficial but not essential

Location & Dates
Full-time role, based at our White City office
On-location in Europe for approx. 4 weeks during May 2026
Staggered start dates: Mid-January, February, and March 2026
