Key Responsibilities
•	Supporting the Production team with schedules, paperwork, and general admin
•	Raising POs and reconciling expenses
•	Supporting the Production Coordinator with production admin
•	Booking travel, accommodation, and couriers when required
•	Maintaining production documents and office organisation
Skills & Experience
•	Previous production experience in factual entertainment preferred
•	Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•	Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
•	Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
•	Confident using Microsoft Office & Silvermouse essential
The role is based in our Bristol office with two days working from home each week. Contract dates are 8th June – 16th October 2026. Applicants must have at least one previous post-production credit.
