This established primetime series films across the UK with a large team working across numerous elements.

This role offers hybrid working (minimum three days per week in the Bristol office) and will be a freelancer PAYE contract. Limited location work required. The successful candidate will need to be available to start in Mid-July.

As Production management assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the day to day running of the production, working closely with the coordinators in a deadline-driven environment setting up UK-based shoots. We are looking for someone with proven organisational, logistical and administrative, as well as strong communication, problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do approach. 

The PM team comprises of a Production Executive, Line Producer, Junior Production Manager, four coordinators and three PMA’s. 

Key responsibilities & Criteria 
•	At least one year’s experience as a Production Management Assistant or Production Secretary in Unscripted Broadcast TV
•	Proven administrative support experience in a busy production environment, with the ability to work under pressure
•	A collaborative team player with strong communication skills. 
•	Experience booking travel and accommodation for crew, talent and the wider team.
•	Strong organisational skills, able to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
•	A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
•	Confident with production finance, including working to a budget and managing cost trackers.

As Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day to day running of the production, working closely with the JPM, Line Producer and editorial colleagues in a busy, deadline-driven environment. You’ll confidently manage filming logistics, locations, and filming budgets for teams travelling across the UK, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently.   
With a large team and high volume of filming throughout the year, we’re looking for someone who can anticipate challenges, think on their feet, and bring strong problem-solving skills when plans change.

•	Confident in managing and forecasting budgets & contributing to scheduling
•	Understanding of copyrights & clearances processes, with the ability to escalate issues when required
•	A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
