I want to tell stories that transform our understanding of our contemporary history, and challenge narratives we think we already know; films with a historic scale and stakes, but which are above all examinations of the human experience built on intimate, confronting, emotional revelation. I am looking to learn from the very best, and to continue developing as a director and producer of ambitious documentary series for television and cinema. I take a keen interest in current and foreign affairs, US and UK politics and culture.
