Assistant Producer

Firecrest Films are looking for a Scotland-based ASSISTANT PRODUCER to work on Highland Cops.
The role will involve working with external personnel to create filming schedules, setting up filming and supporting PDs that are on location.
Experience in observational documentary is essential, and successful applicants will be able to demonstrate attention to detail, organisation and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will be happy to pick up the phone to talk to contributors and often deal with sensitive and difficult conversations.
They will have a working knowledge of compliance, duty of care and be experienced in working with sensitive subject matter.
The candidate must also be a confident driver. Shooting experience beneficial but not essential.
The role will be based in Firecrest Films’s lovely Govan offices and around the highlands and islands.
It will be a 10 to 12 week contract and one that can start anytime from w/c 13th April, ideally.
