Production Management Assistant - BBC Studios Storyworks

Description

BBC Studios Storyworks are looking for an experienced Production Management Assistant to join our team from April for approximately four months on a potential 6‑part arts documentary series (currently pending greenlight).

What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience with archive documentation, including logging, clearing, and managing archive materials
- Experience supporting international filming, including coordinating travel, carnets, schedules, and communication across time zones
- Previous experience working within the BBC production ecosystem would be a significant bonus
- Someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving production environment

Contract: Approx. 4 months
Start: April 2026
