Build Project Manager/Producer

Description

We are looking for a Build Project Manager/Producer from mid-March to the end of May for a renovation series based in France.

The candidate must be happy to be based in France for the duration of the shoot. Previous renovation TV show experience is essential working as a build project manager. The role involves fully coordinating and managing the builds, keeping them on track and in line with filming requirements and scheduling in filming around the build activity and editorial requirements.

The Build Project Manager/Producer will also need to be across build schedules and fully across the build budget with the PM.
They will liaise daily with the builders to ensure all materials are onsite and prepped in advance for each stage of the build. This will include sourcing, ordering and collecting materials and troubleshooting alternative options with the senior team and builders if items are delayed, not within budget or timeframe or are not editorially justified.
