BBC Studios the Natural History Unit are looking for an experienced JPM to work on an archive heavy production. You will work closely with the PM & Archive Producer and be the logistical backbone for all media assets, ensuring everything is legally cleared, properly stored, and easily accessible for the entire production lifecycle

Location: Bristol, 3dpw in office
Contract: PAYE
Dates: Jan 5th – 29th May 2026.

• Must have prior experience delivering complex archive productions.
• Experience managing and organising media assets (footage, images, audio)
• Handling post-production workflows,
• Securing usage rights (clearance) and payments,
• Experience clearing archive for non BBC broadcasters.
• Maintaining organising delivery/archives
• Ensuring legal compliance with release forms
• Budgeting.
