2020 was the year of rollercoaster of emotions and routine upheaval (plus the rest). With most companies set to stay remote until mid-2021, it's important to make sure you're setting yourself up with the right mindset, routine and practices to prioritise self-care. But this is also a reminder that it's ok to feel not ok, a little fragile and a bit up & down. Trust us, we get it!
