Become an Assistant Editor

Hi everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I'm currently working as an editor in a small agency in London. I'd love to edit films one day, and the step to follow is to become an assistant editor. It is hard at the moment as I only have experience with small projects like corporate or social media videos. Do you have any suggestions on how to get into the industry? Any advice is welcome!
